Initial evaluation with naturopathic doctor (2 hours): Regular price is $550
We start with a $150 deposit at the time of scheduling the initial evaluation, and $400 at the time of the visit. The deposit is fully refundable if you need to reschedule or cancel with 48 hour notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. We don't offer payment plans, so the rest is due at time of your appointment, which can be split up on different days or even with weeks in-between. Payment is always due at time of service and the deposit is required to hold your requested initial intake appointment. Homeopathic remedies: $10 per vial. Homeopathic remedies are sold in our office or online, and each vial typically lasts 1-2 months. You can order remedies through our website as well.
We sell vitamins & supplements at our office and through Fullscript with a patient discount.
*For out-of-state clients, our doctors are acting as holistic health consultants only and can't diagnose, order labs, order prescriptions, or offer superbills for insurance. These care options would need to be done with your psychiatrist, general practitioner, nurse practitioner, etc. Certain states in the US have laws against practice of naturopathic medicine. Those states include South Carolina & Tennessee. If you live in one of those states, we can't schedule an initial consultation with you. We recommend contacting a local mental health provider in your state, such as a holistic MD or psychiatric nurse practitioner.
