Currently, we are offering these free consult calls with the IMHC Administrative Assistant, Grace, or with our clinical director, Dr. Tara Peyman. If your case is complex and you have a lot of medical questions you'd like to discuss before scheduling, please schedule the meet & greet call with Dr. Peyman. If you do not have a lot of questions and just want to get started, please schedule with our Administrative Assistant for your meet & greet call, or just call the office and ask to speak with Grace who can help you get scheduled with one of our doctors.
New clients will be asked for a payment card to be put on file as a part of creating your account. You will not be charged for a free consultation. The card stays in a secure system and our staff does not have access to your payment information.
ESTABLISHED CLIENTS Established clients can request a follow up appointment with their doctor below.
Students or doctors desiring naturopathic clinical coaching or mentorship sessions can also schedule these sessions with Dr. Peyman or Dr. Lim.

Times listed in our online appointment scheduler are in Mountain Standard Time (Arizona) Because Arizona does not observe daylight savings time, MST is the same as Pacific Time in the spring and summer months, and the same as Mountain Time in the fall and winter months.
Due to state laws governing the practice of naturopathic medicine, we don't accept new patients who live in TN or SC and recommend finding a local provider instead.

Some of our doctors work remotely on certain days, so our office staff will reach out to you to confirm availability.

Initial intake consultations and homeopathic evaluations are typically scheduled over the phone rather than online, because those consults are longer visits and we like to talk with you in order to determine the ideal timing of that type of consultation.
Current patients can also log in to the patient portal to request a follow up appointment.
INSURANCE & RATES Our practitioners are not contracted with any insurance companies, so we are considered out-of-network providers. If you are in Arizona at the time of your appointment, and have out-of-network benefits with a PPO insurance plan, you may be reimbursed for your services at our offices. You may request a service summary after your visit with has the codes needed for your insurance company to process the visit information, and you can submit this to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Out of state clients are not eligible for insurance reimbursement because we cannot provide diagnosis codes for out of state consulting clients.
The best way to check your reimbursement eligibility for naturopathic or out-of-network providers is to call your insurance company, and ask them what your out-of-network benefits are. Be sure to tell them that you are not expecting insurance coverage, but reimbursement for a percentage of the cost of office visits. Most people with PPO plans are able to get some insurance reimbursement for office visits with out-of-network providers.
Payment will be made at the time of service, and if your insurance chooses to reimburse you, your insurance company will send you a check for the reimbursement amount. The amount of reimbursement will vary depending on your insurance plan.
Our rates for natural medicine & homeopathic visits are listed here. We are a fee-for-service practice, and payment is due at the time of service. We do accept health savings account (HSA) cards, and all major credit cards, as well as cash or check. We do not offer a sliding scale at this time.
NEW CLIENT FORMS Our new client forms will be submitted through our online patient portal. Once you are scheduled for your initial consultation, we will send you electronic forms to complete through the Patient Health Records system (PHR). Please let us know if you have any concerns or questions about the online forms.
